The Rotary Club of Southampton would like to thank everyone involved with the Solent Gardeners Fayre in 2017. We had over 3,500 people attend the event, which has raised record sums for charities supported by Rotary in the Solent region.

- Adrian Smith (Rotary Club of Southampton) for managing the Fayre promotion, set up, show day and breakdown.

- The Rotary Club of Southampton (http://www.rotarysouthampton.org) as every member had a part to play before, during and after the event.

- The Rotary Club of Southampton Clausentum (http://www.clausentumrotary.org.uk) for assistance during the Fayre and to one of their members for providing, once again, the public address system and commentary during the show.

- To all Rotarians, their spouses, partners & family, friends of Rotary and volunteers both individual and from other service organisations.

- Knights of St Columba (https://www.ksc.org.uk) for providing over a dozen volunteers on Saturday and Sunday.

- Army Cadets (11 Platoon Eastleigh) {https://armycadets.com/…/abo…/z-company/11-platoon-eastleigh} for their valuable support setting up and breaking down gazebos.

SCRATCH (http://www.scratchcharity.co.uk) for the use of their lorry and drivers for giving their time as drivers.

Obviously, our thanks go to all our wonderful exhibitors, entertainers, food / beverage providers, exhibiting Charities and especially our visitors, as without you we would not have a successful show.

Lastly, we are grateful for all the positive post show reviews on the Fayre Facebook page (http.//m.facebook.com/gardenersfayre/)

Work is already underway for another successful Solent Gardeners Fayre in 2018!
